We bring slow-made dough and a wood-fired oven to our favourite city corners. Choose a pie, meet us at the window and enjoy the first slice while the crust still crackles.

On the street since 2016
Our story
A small oven with a wandering address.
Ember began in 2016 with a rebuilt step van and a simple idea: make a careful pizza, then take it to the neighbourhood. We still start each service by checking the dough, stacking the wood and choosing the first pie to share.
Our dough rests for a full day before we stretch it. Tomatoes, cheese and seasonal produce keep the menu short; the weekly route gives every regular a nearby place to find us.
From all of us at Ember
Word on the street
“The crust stayed light and crisp all the way back to my desk. Now I plan my lunch break around their nearest stop.”
— Lena Marin “The salami pie has just enough sweet heat. Ordering ahead makes it an easy treat on the way home.”
— Aaron Price “We booked the truck for a small garden party and everyone found a favourite. The warm pizzas kept arriving right through the evening.”
